Hosted by Farm & Food Care Ontario, Breakfast on the Farm is a family-friendly celebration of Ontario food and farming. Enjoy a fresh, locally sourced breakfast, take a behind-the-scenes farm tour, meet the farmers who grow your food, and explore fun, interactive exhibits designed for all ages.

From tractors and barn tours to learning how cows are cared for and crops are grown, this one-of-a-kind event brings the farm to life in a way you’ve never seen before. It’s your chance to ask questions, connect with local farmers, discover how your food gets from farm to table, and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Whether you’re a longtime supporter of local food or simply curious about modern agriculture, Breakfast on the Farm offers something for everyone — delicious food, fresh country air, and an authentic farm experience you won’t forget.

Join us for our final Breakfast on the Farm of the season at River Valley Cattle Co. in Newburgh on September 26, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meet local farmers, explore a working beef farm, enjoy an all-Ontario breakfast, and discover how your food is raised through interactive exhibits and hands-on experiences for the whole family.

Past Breakfast on the Farm Events
