Largest Tomato

It’s true. Size is not everything, especially when it comes to tomatoes. But, when the time comes to award bragging rights, we need to start somewhere. This year’s virtual tomato category will be based on size and weight. Please post a photo of your tomato on a scale with the recorded weight (pounds and ounces) with the measurement in cm of the circumference.

Entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on August 23 until the contest close at 11:59 p.m. on September 22, 2022.

Longest Carrot

Can you have too much of a good thing? Not when it comes to fresh homegrown carrots! We are looking for the longest carrot pulled from your garden. Please post a photo of your carrot and include its recorded length in cm.

Entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on August 23 until the contest close at 11:59 p.m. on September 22, 2022.

Homegrown Salad Competition – Who said salads have to be boring?

Is there anything better than creating a fresh salad full of all your garden goodness? We all know the obvious salad components that can be grown in your garden such as lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, but what about adding something extra? Points will be allocated for the number of ingredients used from your garden as well as bonus points for presentation of the salad.
Please include two photos per entry
Photo 1:  Show all of your homegrown garden ingredients
Photo 2: Final salad presentation

Entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on August 23 until contest close at 11:59 p.m. on September 22, 2022.
